Spa Experience & Etiquette

First visit

For your first visit to Glorious Spa, we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for you to fill out your personal profile and engage in a thorough consultation with our senior therapist.

By arriving early, you ensure that your client information is completed accurately, allowing us to tailor your treatment to your specific needs and preferences.

Our goal is to provide you with the most effective and enjoyable spa experience possible.

Most of our treatments involve lying down for extended periods. If you have back problems, are in the later stages of pregnancy, or experience severe headaches, this treatment might not be suitable. Please contact us beforehand to discuss your options.

If you feel unwell before or on the day of your appointment, we kindly request that you reschedule to ensure the safety of our staff and other clients. If you test positive for COVID-19 prior to your appointment, it is essential to reschedule your visit to maintain a safe environment for everyone.

If you are pregnant, please let us know when you book your appointment, as certain facial and body treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or the first trimester. 

Please inform us of any allergies you may have, especially to seafood or nuts, when booking your appointment. Some of our products contain ingredients derived from seafood or nuts. We will ensure to use suitable alternatives or adjust treatments accordingly to accommodate your needs and ensure your safety and comfort.

We suggest arriving in comfortable clothing to ensure that you leave your treatment feeling completely relaxed and at ease.

If you are scheduled for a foot treatment that includes nail painting, please wear open-toe shoes.

We recommend avoiding bringing jewellery to your treatment. Please ensure that any jewellery you do bring is removed beforehand. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of jewellery during your visit.

The 10th service on your loyalty card will be provided free of charge and must be of similar value to previous services. It cannot be redeemed for services of higher value or used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule your treatment. We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best service to all of our clients. If you have any questions or need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us or reschedule online at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-show appointments will be charged the full treatment fee.

Please note that we accept credit/debit cards, cash, and Afterpay. There is a 2% surcharge for credit card payments.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Teenagers between 12 and 17 can enjoy a variety of treatments with the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian, or caregiver, who must also sign the client card. Before booking, please confirm with your local spa which treatments are available for teens. We do not provide treatments for children under 12.

For your safety and to maximise the effectiveness of your treatment, we recommend refraining from consuming alcohol in the 24 hours prior to your appointment. This will ensure you receive the full benefits of your spa experience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Our gift vouchers are a flexible and convenient way to enjoy our services. They do not have an expiry date, allowing you to use them whenever it suits you. Vouchers can be redeemed for any of our services or products and can be used across multiple visits if the full value isn’t spent in one transaction.

Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a voucher is lost, we may be able to assist in retrieving the details with proof of purchase.

For online purchases, gift vouchers will be sent instantly via email, either to you or directly to your chosen recipient.
