Bookings, Payments & Public Holiday
Public Holidays & Sunday Surcharge
Please note that appointments scheduled on Sundays and Australian public holidays incur a 10% surcharge.
This surcharge reflects additional operational costs associated with these days and will be applied to the total service cost at checkout.
Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
All appointments must be paid prior to the commencement of the session.
We kindly request at least 24 hoursβ notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hoursβ notice may result in the full treatment fee being forfeited.
Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a 50% rescheduling fee.
Repeated missed appointments (no-shows) may result in booking restrictions or the requirement for full prepayment for future bookings.
